Flipper Aquarium Products provides a 1 year warranty against factory defects when purchased from an authorized retailer. Please email with any issues. Be sure to include a copy of your receipt to expedite processing.
Please note we are unable to warranty any products purchased through unauthorized 3rd party sellers including ebay, Amazon, Walmart, Jet, etc.
